New Build and Refurbishment Works

These works are carried out either as direct contracts with the client when the works are purely of an electrical nature, or as part of a package of works through a main contractor.

The current emphasis of many clients at present is centered on compliance with the decent homes standard resulting in a large number of contracts associated with kitchen and bathroom refurbishment.

In addition to the installations within dwellings we carry out works to communal areas, rising and lateral mains, main switchgear and estate lighting.
