Repairs and Maintenance

These works tend to form part of an overall schedule of rates contract with works carried out on a day to day basis as required.

In some instances works of a more involved nature are carried out with prices derived from the scheduled rates.

Works can range from repairs to communal area lighting through to complete rewiring of void properties and renewal of switchgear and rising and lateral mains.
